Broadstone West End | Alliance Residential

This project was created to represent Alliance Residential's upcoming property Broadstone West End. It features a few small amenity spaces, a large pool courtyard, and a few units with different finish schemes. All of the lighting, rendering, modeling, texturing, and set dressing was completed by me. In this project, I focused very heavily on adhering very strictly to PBR compliant materials, even creating a custom function that would auto balance all diffuse materials to stay in the range of 0.03 and 0.81, just to reduce the presence of lighting errors. I also experimented heavily with how to properly frame all of the 2D images, focusing closely on composition, and stepping outside of the normal 16:9 aspect ratio. Overall, I'm very happy with how the project came out!
