Union On 24th | Greystar

This work is a representation of the upcoming Union on 24th by Greystar, coming to Austin Texas. All aspects were created by me. This is one of the largest projects that I've created with Atlas Bay VR. I represented about 18 amenity spaces, and 4 units, in this student housing tower. Project was modeled in Maya, the textures were created using Substance Designer, and it rendered using Unreal Engine 4. The videos were created using After Effects.

This project also features a new lighting setup that I developed for our company. There is now a much larger emphasis on natural light and global illumination, making a much more realistic result than some of our prior works.
