Broadstone Optimist Park | Alliance Residential

Archvis environment created for Alliance's Broadstone: Optimist Park. Includes several amenity areas including the Leasing, Clubroom, Coworking Space, Mailroom, as well as both Courtyards and one Unit. Environment was translated from a collection of Revit models and 2D architectural and interior drawings into a game-ready space with custom PBR materials. The space was rendered, as all spaces are at ABVR, using UE4's ray tracing lighting engine.

This is my first and longest running project at ABVR, starting in December of 2020, and coming to a close in December 2022. The project went through several design iterations, with many large scale interior and exterior updates through out the process.

All of the models were created using Maya. The materials were created using Adobe Photoshop and Substance Designer. And the space was assembled and set dressed inside of Unreal Engine 4.
